Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in economics, sociology or related field

1 year progressive postgraduate experience.

Cost Estimator/ Project Manager

Geographic Location: New York, NY
Job Description:
-
Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution across multiple jobs.

Review drawings, scopes, and schedules.
-
Accurately calculate takeoffs, quantities, and material pricing.

Prepare and present primary bid documents for assigned projects.
-
Act as the client liaison for bid deadlines, pricing updates, meetings, and post-award cost coordination.
Requirements:
-
Master's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field (or US equivalent)
-
2 years experience in construction management
