609 GREENWICH

Construction Management

Kith Ivy / Padel 609 is a full redevelopment project for a private members club, transforming the 1st, 3rd, 9th floors and the roof at 609 Greenwich Street. The scope includes extending the elevator to street level and up to a newly constructed rooftop. Complete reconstruction of the old roof and adding reinforced steel and concrete for the new roof, which now features three professional MajorSet padel courts covered by weather-resistant and air-conditioned tents. Additionally, the roof will feature seating areas and a juice bar. The 9th floor has been converted from former office space into a luxury destination, complete with a restaurant & dining room, gym, bar, and a Giorgio Armani-branded spa, offering members a premium blend of sport, wellness, and hospitality.

22 CHAPAEL STREET

Concrete

We’re served as the concrete subcontractor on 22 Chapel Street, a 20-story residential tower in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn. Working alongside general contractor Titanium Construction Services and the project’s design and development teams, we completed all structural concrete work on the 211-foot-tall, 133,000+ square foot building.

Our scope included poured-in-place concrete for the full superstructure, including the building’s complex geometry on the eastern elevation and signature angular corners. Our team met the challenges of a tight urban footprint and fast-paced schedule, helping to bring 180 new rental units to market — including 25 affordable apartments — along with ground-floor retail and a community facility for START Treatment & Recovery Center.
