Cost Estimator/ Project Manager

• Full Time

• 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, M-F

• Geographic Location: New York, NY

Job Description:

• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution across multiple jobs.

• Review drawings, scopes, and schedules.

• Accurately calculate takeoffs, quantities, and material pricing.

• Prepare and present primary bid documents for assigned projects.

• Act as the client liaison for bid deadlines, pricing updates, meetings, and post-award cost coordination.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field (or US equivalent)

• 2 years experience in construction management
