Job Description:

Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution across multiple jobs.

Review drawings, scopes, and schedules.

Accurately calculate takeoffs, quantities, and material pricing.

Prepare and present primary bid documents for assigned projects.

Act as the client liaison for bid deadlines, pricing updates, meetings, and post-award cost coordination.
Requirements:

Master's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field (or US equivalent)

2 years experience in construction management
